By accessing or using Postalynk services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Postalynk provides email delivery infrastructure including APIs for sending transactional and marketing emails, analytics, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Postalynk to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk email
• Send emails containing malware, phishing attempts, or fraudulent content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any content that is harmful, threatening, or offensive
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Overage charges are billed at the end of each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms.

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime for our API services. In the event of downtime exceeding our SLA commitments, eligible customers may request service credits as outlined in our SLA policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Postalynk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
